ABOUT THE FOUNDER

Dishika was born and raised in Auckland and completed her tertiary education at the University of Auckland and Massey University. Since qualifying, she has gained experience across both the NGO and public health sectors.
Dishika works collaboratively with her clients, supporting them to achieve meaningful and sustainable goals. Her clinical experience includes working with a range of presentations such as anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and alcohol and drug addiction. She takes an individualised approach to care, integrating a variety of evidence-based practices—including Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and motivational interviewing—to best meet the unique needs to each client.
Dishika is passionate about walking alongside people on their journey and is committed to providing a service that is honest, dependable, and grounded in mutual respect.

In addition to her clinical work, Dishika offers professional supervision, with a focus on the addiction and justice sectors. She is an accredited DAPAANZ clinical supervisor. For supervision inquiries, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.
